Raw data for the peptide titration data. Data are organized in 4 folders, each corresponding to one particular titration. a1+c1 correpsonds to the WT1 core domain titrated with the WT-1 C-terminus. The raw files follow a naming convention where the first few elements refer to the date, core domain (C181 refers to WT1, CPS177 to WT2), and peptide (181 refers to WT1 peptide, 177 to WT2). The second to last number before the .raw file extension indicates the concentration of peptide in uM. The last number distinguishes repeats of the same peptide concentration. Core domains were held at 10uM in all cases.

Raw files can be opened using either MassLynx (Waters) or Unidec (http://unidec.chem.ox.ac.uk).
